Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to joining a Vietnam Trail Rider Tours (VTRT) organized tour. Please read them carefully as they form part of the contract when booking with us.

1. The tour guide for your trip is operated under Vietnam Trail Rider Tours (VTRT), located at 132 Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Hoa Hai ward, Ngu Hanh Son district Da Nang City

2. A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your reservation. The full balance must be paid 45 days prior to departure. If the balance is not received by Vietnam Trail Rider Tours (VTRT) within this timeframe, your booking may be canceled.

3. If you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply between final payment and 30 days before departure, as outlined in your invoice. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of departure. Travel insurance covering unforeseen circumstances such as illness is strongly recommended. Depending on the notice provided, tour deposits and payments may be transferable to another tour date.

4. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are experienced, confident riders and healthy enough for motorcycle tours.

5. The tour leader reserves the right to alter the itinerary if necessary due to weather or local conditions. No compensation will be provided for such changes.

6. VTRT and its partners are not responsible for flight delays or schedule changes at any stage of the trip. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

7. Participants must have personal travel insurance that covers motorcycle riding overseas. Proof of insurance will be requested before the tour begins.

8. VTRT and its partners are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal effects.

9. VTRT and its partners are not responsible for any accidents. By participating, riders agree that VTRT and its agents are not responsible for their safety and cannot be held liable for any injuries, death, or property damage.

10. Unforeseen circumstances may require last-minute motorcycle substitutions, including after the trip has begun. Substitutions may result from mechanical failure, theft, or damage. If the confirmed or similar model cannot be provided, a prorated refund will be issued for any difference.

11. Motorcycles provided by VTRT include limited third-party insurance coverage up to $10,000. Riders are responsible for a $2,500 excess on third-party claims. Additionally, participants are liable for the first $1,000 of motorcycle damage they cause.

12. Riders agree not to operate a motorcycle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If this occurs, their participation will be terminated immediately.

13. Participants operating motorcycles provided by VTRT must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid motorcycle license from their home country, and have at least two years of riding experience.

14. Participants must comply with local traffic laws and follow safe group riding practices. Dangerous behavior or violations may result in termination of riding privileges. Alcohol consumption is only permitted after motorcycles have been parked for the day.

15. VTRT and Ride TopGear Pty Ltd. are not responsible for cancellations caused by government-imposed lockdowns, border closures, or quarantines. Payments may be transferred to a later tour date if such situations arise.

ACCEPTANCE OF MOTORBIKE TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am over 18 years old and have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions outlined in this contract.

I acknowledge that I will be required to sign a Release and Waiver Form before participating with Vietnam Trail Rider Tours. I understand that motorcycling involves risks, including those from traffic, road, weather, and the actions of other participants. I accept these risks.

I confirm that I am an experienced, responsible motorcyclist with a valid motorcycle license. If I am a pillion passenger, I understand and accept the potential dangers of motorcycling.
I also agree that the owners, operators, and agents of this trip, including Vietnam Trail Rider Tours, are not responsible for my safety. They cannot be held liable for any incidents that may result in injury, death, or damage to me, my property, or my heirs.

I understand and accept that this agreement is binding on my heirs, assigns, next of kin, executors, administrators, and successors.
